This comprehensive renovation and addition project accomplished the following tasks:
- new concession buildings
- restroom capacity tripled
- new guardrails and ramps
- state of the art synthetic grass surface
- level playing field, with herringbone drainage grid
- new underground storm drainage system
- new electrical service, sanitary sewer system, and gas service
- utility relocation

Also, the new south end zone includes the following:
- new locker rooms
- spectator seating
- club level seating
- open terrace seating
- coaches' spaces
- training rooms
- media room
- offices
- expanded storage areas
