Alliance architects completed design for this new 55,000 sq. ft. film studio to be located in the historic Ledbetter Heights neighborhood of Shreveport.
The $8 Million studio is located on a 6.7 acre lot. Eventually, the studio will encompass 20 acres of the area. There will also be an additional warehouse for vendors.
